Between the patterns of suppression and eagerness to heal, the ground breaking reveal snapped from the choice to overcome the fallen. It wasn’t an unordinary transition, for I had been anticipating the choice to show up for myself. It took years to unveil the mask and breath in peace and lead with love. At last, I embarked on the journey to say Yes to my healing, knowing every moment requires patience and kind attention. For now I no longer avoid, but instead, I face the battle with an open heart, knowing the shadows will only pass if I reveal them to the light. Dark waters will never disappear, but they will turn into a sea of victory once trust has taken the keys. For I know I can overcome my worst enemy, as I befriend the poison and learn to embody new habits that serve my purpose to live a completely whole and loving life. If I stay true to compassion, then I will grow and glow in the pursuit of my brightest and highest spirit.
